The move went well yesterday and it stayed dry!!! Yippee!! My house is now full of boxes and bags and there is lots of sorting to do but we did it!! Both Barbara and I have streaming colds and coughs so the sorting will have to wait for a bit!!
Finlay is in his element - two people to spoil him!!
Many thanks for your great comments on my robin shot. I now have two more bird houses and feeders and I have loaded them with mealworms so hopefully the birds will soon find the extra food.
Wow, this does look aggressive; I hope nobody got badly hurt. Wonderful capture; love the light, feather detail, and those motion-blurred wings, fav! Glad the move is done; now both of you can relax a bit and get over your colds.
Fantastic shot, amazing action going on between the birds. I think the extra feeder will help with this behavior, I hope. Or you will have a lot more birds to feed. So good to hear the weather cooperated for the move.
Amazing action shot -- and a bit unnerving to see the one bird sort of grabbing onto the other! What fun to have the feeders set and these wonderful subjects! We can't have things like that near the house because of rodents -- but this summer, on the island, I hope!
