Struggled to find my abstract for today. I took lots of shots but they were not what I wanted. Do you have days like that when the shots just do not do the right thing for you. I went back to some of my earlier shots which I haven't used and finally liked this one. Not sure why but it felt sad to me - thus the title. Has this abstract theme finally sent me round the bend? LOL!!
I do like this -- very interesting shapes and good minimalist shot. One thought I had as I looked at it -- cropping so that the main figure is in the lower right and the fuzzy lower right is cropped out. I think it would be intriguing to see the main figure, it's 'shadow' and then negative space. Just a thought...
Love this abstract, the image does have a forlorn feel to it. I am liking your abstracts, always interesting. I am laughing about "do you have one of those days?" ha, ha - today for sure and almost every day.
I like the simplicity. The central shapes are very intriguing but I do find the fuzzy shape in the bottom corner a tad distracting. All in all though a lovely abstract
