Here I am in Devon and my dongle actually works!! This is a quick upload today as I wanted to share a photo of my great niece Molly who you may remember was born last December and is sadly Downs Syndrome. She is now 5 months old and is getting on really well. She is beautiful and so alert and giving lots of smiles.
My heart goes out to my niece Ruth as she worries about Molly's future. I just want to wrap them up and keep them safe!!
I am so pleased I have contact with 365 as I will be able to keep in touch.
Have a great weekend everyone. I am off to take Finlay for a walk along the Tarka Trail.
Bless, she Is gorgeous, I know it is very sad but I think she will bring so much love and joy into everyone's life, it will become a blessing. The smiles will outnumber the tears.....
Please don't say "sadly" I work with students who have Downs syndrome and teach one to one art. Honestly I get so much joy and fun from each and everyone. They light up our lives literally, always smiling an laughing and so warm and affectionate.
This is such a beautiful shot. I have two friends with daughters who have downs, they are delightful young people and so much fun to spend time with. They are warm funny direct individuals who see the world and people in a way that we all should
What a lovely little girl. I am sure she will bring great joy to her family. I work in a main stream school with a child with Downs Syndrome and she is an absolute delight to be with. She has brought something special to the school.
