I had this idea to capture a feather floating down. I found one in the garden this morning and so I got my sister to come out and let go of the feather on my comand and i tried to catch it. On the third go the feather floated down and suddenly Finlay jumped up, caught the feather and ate it!! Well that spoilt my game - this was the best shot I managed. I thought I would share it although it's not that clear as it did make us laugh!!
Many thanks for all your lovely comments on yesterday's shots - always every much appreciated!!
“I don't know if mama was right, that we each have a destiny, or if if was Lt Dan, that we are all just floating around, accidental, like on a breeze, but I think... I think... maybe... it's both happening at the same time.”

I love your photo and I immediately thought of Forrest Gump and the feather at the beginning and the end. Just beautiful photo and a favorite!
Well done. It is extremely difficult to get a good photo when out on a dog walk. Mine are getting used to being tied to a fence or tree while I take my shots! They don't mind because they get a dog treat for being patient and good!
You asked where I shot the flutterby. It was at Chester zoo in the butterfly house. We went there a couple of weeks ago.
