6th October 2013 Lapwing

This is a closer look at one of the birds which flew over this afternoon. I am reliably informed these are Lapwings.

Best looked at large.

Beautiful in flight capture. Love it. I got a couple of similar ones with sea gulls on Saturday when I went with a friend on a photo shoot. It always amazes me how we don't get what we go for but then we get something we love after all.
