I have been very disappointed with the lack of autumn colours both at home and also here in this part of Derbyshire. This was a lone tree along the Tissington Trail. It stood out from the surrounding drab colours. At least the sky was blue and the sun shone!!
I am off to Ladybower Resevoir tomorrow and am keeping my fingers crossed that there may be a bit more colour.
I suppose if that was the lone representative shot of Autumn, I'd be a little disappointed, to. However, as a photo and a journal note, it works very well!
