2016 06 30 Going to the Prom

This is my great niece Sophie on the LHS with her two best friends all dressed up and ready to go to the Prom. Sophie asked me to take some pics of her and then to go with her to her friends house for pics of her friends with their boyfriends.

I have to say that it was very hard to get any of them to actually smile and show their teeth!! The boys were even worse than the girls. This is the first one I have edited out of over 200 shots.

When I think of the amount that Sophie's parents have spent on hair, make-up, dress, nails, false eyelashes etc etc etc for a 16 year old. They are old before their time. It's funny when I look at my other photo I have uploaded today of my meeting with my old school friends. We definitely did not look like this when we were 16!! LOL!!
