These birds always fascinate me with their plumage - I've seen plenty - but haven't as yet managed to catch one with feathers on show. They are stunning aren't they? :)
I agree they are stunning and this is the first time I've managed to get one displaying its feathers. We had it all - front view, side view, back view plus a sort of quivering noise some of the feathers make which I hadn't known about!
Excellent! It's hard to get a shot like that! The peacocks I've seen always lower their tails right before I snap the shot . . . then stick their little tongues out at me. :)
