getting a parking ticket - again

This poor chap already got this parking ticket in Bath once. Now I've converted him to mono and he's getting it all over again.

Beautiful sun - which is not supposed to last - and I'm off to Winchester to meet my good friend, Anne for lunch at Brasserie Blanc. Oh the trials and tribulations of being a person of a certain age!
