"Alien" in the grounds....
....at Mottisfont Abbey. Sculpted by David Breuer-Weil from bronze resin.
Themes of belonging and alienation:
the sculptor says he has always been fascinated by the idea we are not alone, that a massive Alien might suddenly land on earth.
further inspiration for the sculpture came from his father's arrival in England as a refugee in 1938.
