Bobbie’s bathroom door that doesn’t close properly. It has taken me two or three visits to figure out — with help from Clare’s youngest brother — but now I understand what’s happened (the door has swelled over time) and Rich has indicated how to fix it (move the hinges).

Good work on diagnosing what was wrong. I have had this problem before and it took a while to fix.
