a culinary delight

if you are into other culture's food, then you would know what this is and which country it is most identified with. it has a distinctive smell and depending on the mixture could range from really spicy hot to "hell that was really spicy hot!" :-)

I must say that I have no idea what this is! It has lovely colour which leads you to believe it could be hot and spicy. The shape of the serving dish makes me think of Asia and the Far East.
