i am sick and don't have the balls to go out and take photos no matter that it look so sunshiny out there, so i'm using a filler photo from last summer. really pining for the hot weather already. maybe i should move to a place where it's warm all year round. or maybe i just stay here. hahahaha!
i know, i could've taken pictures of anything around the house, but i am too sick to haul the canon out of my bag and then stage any shot, no matter how easy. so, a filler it is for today. hopefully that won't be the case tomorrow.
that is downtown toronto in the background as seen from one of the bedroom windows of Casa Loma, a castle built at the turn of the last century and one of toronto's city attractions, about 6 kilometres north of downtown. at least this photograph reminds us of the better days ahead, not like the unkind, slippery sidewalks we have right now from that snowy assault yesterday.
come to think of it, when i took this picture i had no idea how to use my olympus P&S (well, i still don't know how to use it, as well as my new canon) but not knowing meant i was taking better pictures than now that i know a little bit about photography. actually, i still don't.
