the word i chose in the 15th line is "pretty". i've been racking my brain all day as to whose picture merits being posted here as 'pretty'. then as i was about to give up, i remembered that this morning when i left the apartment, the sun was pretty bright and the sky was a pretty blue. and there was the pretty moon amidst all that pretty blue sky. so i took some shots and pretty much forgot about it until now. so here's a pretty decent shot of a pretty moon against that very pretty blue sky. (if you look at the moon at an angle, you would see the little craters of the moon. they're quite pretty, mind you!)
and tomorrow, the forecast is more rain.
ahhh, a month from now i should be whiling away my time on a sandy beach, with a pretty large glass of mai-tai in one hand and my camera in the other.

update: this pretty moon is dedicated to all my pretty friends here on 365. guys, you're included in my pretty as you can be pretty, too.

PRETTY! something special about the moon shining during the day, isn't there? when you are on that beach, we will probably be getting our first hints of snow, so wiggle your toes in that nice warm sand for me. i adore the beach. not much for mai-tais, but adore the beach!
@catsmeowb - mai tai is about the only drink i can handle. i order it along with a glass of fruit juice so i can dilute it as much as i can. i don't like cherries but i love eating the cherries off mai tai's. oooohhh! you mentioned the 's' word. i'd expect that when i come back in december. thank you, camille, of course, you're pretty awesome, too!
