days are getting shorter, leaves are starting to turn colours, autum flowers are starting to bloom while the late summer blooms are on their way out, and the air quite suddenly is on the coolish side.
i forced myself to take a walk to the park and take in some fresh air. the back is feeling better. walking was not a problem, it's the sudden bending down that gives me pain, especially when i have to get closer to shoot something. yes, i can no longer get out of the apartment without my camera.
