Taken at the gannet colony at Troup Head, an RSPB reserve on the Moray Firth 9th July 2014

There is also a pair of kittiwakes with a chick.

@aglennc @chimfa @barneyone @foxes37 @thresheg @oldjosh @opticlens Thank you for all your comments. It was quite precarious Jane and no, Lis, I didn't go clambering on the rocks. I'm a bit of a wimp when I'm on the top of a cliff and I keep well back and sit down when I can. It was a bit scary at times. I'm not the daredevil I was when we were at school.

@susiemc I'm with you. I use a long lens to catch shots from cliffs. I also stay well back from the edge.......
