I was walking round the lake at Llandrindod Wells (after my birthday lunch with Chris) when I spotted this swan on a nest. It was quite close to the path but just the other side of the bushes. However hard I tried I couldn't get the camera to focus on the swan, only the twigs in front. It will probably be impossible to see the nest once there are leaves on the bushes but I shall walk by from time to time and check.
I actually like that the swan is slightly out of focus behind the grasses.
The only way I'd know how to get the camera to focus on the swan is either to switch it to single point so that I could focus through the grasses (maybe at a single point on the swan's head), or to do the focusing manually but that's always a bit dodgy with my eyesight.
