@beryl@koalagardens@happysnaps Thank you for your very lovely and encouraging comments. I do like to photograph birds in a more natural setting such as a tree but I find it impossible with siskin.
@chimfa Jane I really wish I could say I'm brilliant but sadly I'm not. Yes, I do often take a lot of pictures to get one good one. Some birds, such as robins, are a lot easier to photograph than others because they come quite close and stay still for a while. It's also easier when birds are on bird feeders. It's getting something like a woodpecker or a jay in a natural setting that's difficult and very 'hit and miss'.
