The Footpath by taffy

The Footpath

I haven't done bw in awhile and was missing it. So much on Hawaii is all about color. But I liked the textures in this footpath.

Fabulous textures -- and so very three dimensional that I feel like I could step right onto the bridge!

I'm so envious...went to Kona in the dead of winter once when I was much younger and I'll never forget the moment I stepped off the plane into paradise. The textures and lines look fantastic in BW.

Lovely lighting on the railings and stone path. The B& W processing really highlights the combination of textures and shapes!
