The John Hancock building enveloped at the top in fog. The top of the Hancock is an observation floor - great fun on a clear day, not so much on a day like today.

@jgpittenger The diagonals are what attracted me here as well...this is a hard building to find a way to photograph, so it was fun ending up with something I actually liked.
If there's such a thing as a favorite building, the Hancock has to be mine. Of course it was a little dicey when the windows were blowing out, but that's part of the charm. I think it was the Boston version that had that problem.
It may have taken you a little while to line up this shot, but wow, it was worth every minute. This is a stunning shot with all those interesting strong lines. Makes me feel like an ant.
