Post your favorite photo of your own project to share with those that may not otherwise see it.
There were some really great photographs last week. It is fun to see what you like of your posts as it is not always what everyone else chooses.
There are two easy ways to add pictures on to the discussion.
The first is a full size photo: 1) Click on your favorite photo and bring up its page. 2)Look at the right side of your monitor, and go to the word SHARE (it is below tags) 3) go to the box and copy the long address 4) Come back to the discussion, and then paste.
The second is to have a smaller file size so to keep the site from getting overwhelmed. http://365project.org/discuss/general/1323/how-to-adding-an-image-in-a-discussion.
I like this volcanic one because it gives the illusion I have done something clever either with my camera or during editing - in fact it was a simple point and shoot shot and is sooc
I had a good week so it wasn't easy to decide, but I think it was yesterday's shot because of how long I'd been waiting for the sun to come up at the right time of day so that when I was crossing the tracks on my way to work I could capture this:
A year ago, if someone had told me I'd be a little obsessed with shooting jumping spiders, I would've laughed long and loud. Being on 365 has changed me in more ways than one. XD
This photo was inspired by Renoir's "Head of dog"
It was through this picture that I learned another technique how to manipulate not so perfect photos.
I did enjoy participating in the get pushed challenge for the first time, and I had great fun with some light painting too. But overall I just loved this one:
This is the first attempt at a decent photo out of my new Nikon D600. I'm going to like this camera, but I'm going to hate waiting for Adobe Camera Raw to catch up.
The high res version of this photo, and more Nikon D600 images are available on my Flikr page.
Oops, forgot to include my picture on the first attempt. Deleted that post to try again.
It was a tough choice between last night and the 19th. On this picture there was a frame I liked because it showed the stairs better, but this one won because the girls expression was better.
It was a busy week but this was mine. I didn't have the time or patience for longer trails and it was just to experiment but it was the most fun, for sure.
I'm only just over a week into the project and already hooked, seeing others ideas and level of skills is exciting! I think my fav from this week is the mushroom because its the first time I've tried to do something in a light studio (very basic studio!) and I love glass objects and the light that they reflect:
I'm going with this one. It hasn't had a lot of attention but it's my first attempt at layering (and I'm pretty sure there is an easier way then what I ended up doing) and I'm pretty happy with the result.
When I uploaded this to facebook it was a lot more yellowish orange.. the colors were much prettier than on this upload for some reason.. but it's still a favorite.
I had 2 shots on the PP this week (first time Ever and then 3 days later!!!) BUT, my fave is neither of them :D Just goes to show you know know what other people will like
This is the only shot of mine from the past month that I put any effort into. The project is losing all appeal to me right now, but I don't want to give up cos I've done it before. So thanks to all those for putting up with these lame-arse pictures until I get my MOJO working again!
@jannaellen I LOVE THIS ONE! I just returned from the Oregon Coast, where I took inspriation from your collage and am going to try to create a collage of my own out of Oregon Coast treasures. Hope you don't mind if I copy your great idea.
Cross processed colour negative film
And
I loved what this photo means to me and mine :)

This one because I actually used my tripod ha ha.

tough choice, but I'd have to say yesterday's photo, because I'm trying to explore news ways of lighting and I'm pleased with how this turned out.

Here is my fave:
This is my favourite
This is a Hipstamatic Iphone photo with no post-editing.
