I have come across to Taupo to stay a few days with two of my siblings plus their spouses. The weather has been cold, misty, wet and wintry. However, there is no wind and the lake is lovely and smooth. This photo was taken down at the lake edge yesterday morning. The water is extra smooth because I did a longer exposure.
@dkbarnett Hi Delwyn - I just wanted to say to you how amazing I think you are to personally answer every comment that you receive on your beautiful photos. It must take a huge amount of your time! Please don't feel that you need to respond to each one of mine - I only follow a very small no. of people and tend to write overly long comments LOL - can't help myself! @robz I really appreciate your comment - thank you for that. I guess I try to acknowledge the comments made because I really appreciate the time that people put in to make the comments in the first place. It does take a bit of effort to take the photos and put them up, therefore to have them acknowledged with a comment is pretty special. I don't think your photos are weird!! LOL. I think it is great to experiment because that is definitely the way you learn. ... and thanks for saying my photos are beautiful. I feel I am really such a beginner still.
