I am rather behind in uploading photos, although I have still been taking them. This photo was taken last Friday. My little grandson came to stay for the weekend. One of the things he loves to do is go to the bike park. They have a proper little road with road signs, traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, a roundabout, etc. I love the way he always stops for the red light! Such a law abiding little citizen!! This photo was taken on the area where young riders can learn to ride a bike safely. I like the blue matting as a background.
Yes, that blue matting makes a great contrast for the subject and makes your grandson on his cart pop nicely. Looks like a lot of concentration is going on there! Charming capture.
I'm reminded of the scene from the Shining where little Danny Torrance is go karting along the corridor of the Overlook Hotel :) I do hope your grandson's adventure wasn't as scary :) Fab capture :)
