Today was supposed to be relaxing but somehow I ended up very busy! I packed up the last calendar order placed before I closed my Etsy shop. I popped out onto pick up lunch and discovered the first spring flowers in the nearby churchyard. This was all good until I remembered that I should be checking in for our flight a few minutes earlier and I realised I also had not put the details of my new passport on the BA website! I shout home, checked in on a clearly full flight and after many attempts managed to update the system! I packed up my camera gear for tomorrow although the weather forecast has changed from sun all week to rain all week so I’m not sure how much it will be coming out - that reminded me that I hadn’t packed my waterproof covers. Lucky I remembered today rather than discover that fact in Portugal.
I had a chat with Hester on the phone and then after a lot of emails, I headed over to St Margaret’s to deliver Pingado to his holiday home for the week. We finished up by watching the last ever episode of Happy Valley which was excellent - a really good and well acted ending.
Last thought of the day is that I think my 4TB hard drive may have failed. That’ll be my second drive to fail in a year. Lucky I always have separate back ups.
