Not much happening today although we attempted to make lemon olive oil using our new lemon essence, glass dropper and olive oil. It was not a roaring success so I’m back to having to get some from Carluccio’s!
In the afternoon we looked at the house insurance as ours has gone up by 37% despite no claims in over ten years.
