This morning I headed over to Brentford by train and bus - not that an easy place to get to, especially with a number of roadworks along the Kew Road. I was meeting some of my photo Club for a walk organised by Wendy through Brentford to Isleworth taking in the river, old boat years and the new development. I managed to grab a Macchiato in Costa coffee as we had to wait for a couple of people before we headed off along the river. I was shown how to track people on WhatsApp which was also useful - possibly for Florence in October!

It’s a fascinating area although it was a little tiring keeping an eye on some of the more mature members of the club who do not use iPhone and have not idea of direction!

We stopped for lunch in The Weir pub which was nice before more exploring. Gradually members started to leave as the day was quite long. I was one of the last before catching the bus back to Twickenham with a friend. It was very interesting and has given me some ideas for future walks with Colin. I need to sort my photos now.
