What a lovely couple of hours under the shade of a mighty Oak this afternoon with a slight breeze blowing (thank goodness) learning how to make freshly cut lavender wands. While the butterflies visited the fields, the frogs sang in the ponds and a praying mantis stopped by to say hello.
It was very relaxing till I hit home and quickly put together a birthday dinner for my youngest son who celebrated his 28th birthday today by taking the day off work.
