Found out about The Observation Deck at CEB Tower in Rosslyn, Va. from a fellow photographer that I meet on 365 years ago. The building opened in June of 2018. Her photo club had a meet up this past Saturday night to get sunset/night shoots from this tower. I was unable to attend. Today a girlfriend and I walked around the Tidal Basin and she was game to try and find the building with me so we hopped back on the metro. We happily found the building and it was just steps from the Rosslyn metro exit, bonus after walking the Tidal Basin. It was a perfect day to try and capture the whole Tidal Basin from 34 stories up. It was a little windy today and the blossoms were flying off the trees (maybe tomorrows pic).
