The rain has finally ceased. This morning there were a few dark clouds still lingering but it didn't rain. The little bit of blue increased as the day progressed and the sun is shining once more.
I took this at The Anchorage Marina this morning before the dark clouds blew away.
Wonderful shot. I love that sky! It isn't raining here either (at the moment!) and we have been promised some prolonged summer sun and warm temperatures by the Met Office - I'll keep my brolly handy!
What a lovely spot, glad that you got to see some sunshine today and no rain. We only saw fog all day. I drove to work in the fog and I drove home in the fog.

Just got back from the dentist, having my hair cut in about half an hour, doctors appointment this afternoon and then out for dinner tonight. You are right it is a beautiful spot. the marina is about a 5 minute walk from our house. The grey cloud in the photo blew away and we now have blue skies and sunshine again. It is winter after all.
@angelar It is beautiful again. we have had blue skies and about 18 degrees the last couple of days, which is lovely for winter. Much better than the bucket loads of rain we have had lately. Sorry to hear it is grey in the UK.
