We meet Barney and his dad most days when we are out for our walk. My boys love Barney and he normally totally ignores them. His dad always loves to stop and chat mostly about politics!! He is an ardent "leave the EU" and has been in his element this last week or so going on and on about Brexit and Boris!! We really don't need to say much as he hardly pauses for breath!! This morning we were sitting on a bench enjoying the sunshine and along he came with Barney and decided to give us a lecture!! I do wish people would leave their politics at home on a lovely sunny day!! LOL!!

Beautiful dog.. looks just like Lassie.. poor Barnie probably over hearing about politics as well.. you may have to have a slight route change to avoid the lectures..
Funny how some people canāt leave their thoughts at home! I have learnt not to discuss anything like that, itās more trouble than itās worth even though Harry & I are avid listeners to all the going on in Westminster.

Lovely dog, but you could do without being repeatedly harangued about politics. As you'd expect from a social scientist I don't mind talking politics if/when appropriate (so long as everyone's being civilised), but am certainly not obsessed about what's happening in Canberra. Lots of Brexit and BoJo coverage here.
Personally, I wish they would stop messing about and just finish the job, then we can get on with our lives and talk about something else!!

Lovely shot with a little white tail disappearing out of image ... Sounds like Barney's dad and my hubby could have an interesting discussion. However, they may not see eye to eye! That's always the thing about politics - a dangerous subject matter - especially at this moment in time. I'd just like it all over with too!
