These are my two favourite rings neither of which fit me any more!! Emeralds because they are my birthstone - its my birthday next Sunday and Diamonds because I love them!!
I used the bonus word today as I am not a mother and my own mother died in 2003 which makes me sad. Plus its not Mothers Day in the UK.

@megmills@quietpurplehaze I have thought about having the rings resized but I am secretly hoping that when i loose some of this weight my fingers will get slimmer. Fat fingers - now who has heard of that!! LOL!!
@yonnie Yvonne that's a lovely thing to say - I do always feel a bit left out on Mother's Day. I must say I have a special place in my heart for my godson Michael. My close friend was generous enough to "share" him with me when he was young. When I came home from work I would pop over and read to him and his brother at bed time. Treasured memories!! Both boys now men in their 20s can twist me round their little fingers!! LOL!!
What girl doesn't love diamonds or any sparkly jewels for that matter! I would resize one and save the other for the new slim fingered look! Hedge your bets ! Lovely on black background pam
You don't have to have given birth to be a mum.....sounds like your godson and his brother have a mother figure in you....and are using it to their best advantage.......as for those rings......they are beautiful, why not resize them so that you can wear them, then if you loose some weight you can have them resized again.

This is really a beautiful capture of your rings. Love the light and reflections, very well done. We have a May birthday too, and my mother was born in May but has been gone for 25 years. May is a good month.
