Cookie disaster!

Yesterday I made some Sand Tart cookies following a recipe from Louise in California. Unfortunately I think I made the individual balls of cookie dough too large and this was the result - one big cookie! Luckily the cookies still tasted delicious even if they were a bit ugly! 🤪🤪🤪
