blue skies yesterday by quietpurplehaze

blue skies yesterday

It was raining this morning but in the time I've been 365ing, the rain has stopped and the sun is coming out so I'm looking forward to a dry dogwalk now. Think I'll just have a cup of coffee to make sure of it!
Jinks is flat out, asleep snoring quietly here on the spare bed, where he shouldn't be.................
Beautiful capture! is that a church bell?

@chrismarfil Chris, thank you. Yes, it's the local parish church steeple.

@gemtumble @crisd The sky has clouded over and the rain descended here again! Sunset was at about 4.30 p.m. I can hardly believe it - soon be doing the second dogwalk around 2 o'clock to do it in the light!

Blue skies - thinking of blue skies? Thanks for adding a little ray of sunshine on our day. I love the stone work.

Beautiful blue skies with white, fluffy clouds. Looks like a crisp Autumn day. Lovely architecture !

I was wondering about that when I commented....I do the same thing...trying to do as little post processing as possible. It is a great shot!!

@vickisfotos I agree with you that SOOC is good if you can get it (this was actually) and I don't like the look of over processed photos.

Like this pov Hazel; I have been trying similar with my local church. I did manage to get one in sunset http://365project.org/claireuk/photos-photos-a/2012-09-05

I have since cloned it to clean it up a bit, maybe I should re-post? There is always something to find in the church garden or the building I always think and always light dependent.
Enjoyed this little series you showed to Darren:0)

@claireuk

Claire, thanks for taking the trouble to look at my church pics. In finding them I found quite a few pics of different churches. Just going to have a look at your sunset church pic, see no reason why you shouldn't repost - you can explain what you've done?

@quietpurplehaze Yes you are correct, I just looked up the history of ours and it was built circa 1845. The bells towers do look very similar I thought that too:))
