Is he curious ,or happy, to see who`s coming ?
Sometimes I wish people act more like a dog . No matter where you have gone or where you have been , what you have done and how late you come back , He`s always happy you have return.
@pyrrhula He's just keeping an eye on 'his' garden to make sure there are no squirrels he has to bark at. Yes, I understand what you mean about doggy behaviour - no recriminations.
