Hahaa - you have to swim in shades! Well that looks rather lovely. I was pleasantly surprised on holiday how well my shoulder worked for backstroke - nearly drowned when I tried crawl though.

Well it's all very lovely here! Or I could borrow one of Rays' baseball caps for swimming. I can't do crawl anyway but backstroke is good for a moderately bad shoulder!
