Now it's 3 weeks today since I started mono in this second album for May: sepia, b&w, greyscale, occasional red selective colour, flowers, buildings, landscapes, street scenes - can hardly believe it was me who once said: "I don't really like b&w, can't see the point of it when you can have colour - have learnt a lot!
This is great Hazel - gloriously sharp, and mono suits it. And I so agree with your sentiment of learning - like you I've discovered that there is a whole world out there waiting to be interpreted...
This is amazing Hazel. I love b&w photography and am doing a mono topic all month too. I just love the detail in this shot. b&w really brings out something extra for me.
Sam, I'm glad there's somebody else out there learning from this mono album - I've had to put on my 'thinking cap'!!
Thanks - the framing is 3 layers of dropshadow (on Picasa but PIcMonkey also has it) + a border.
