But I also confess now that I'd been explaining white balance to Ellie and had accidentally left my own camera on something called tungsten light. The FastStone 'negative' treatment took the colour back to the original.
Could be, but the tungsten WB setting I'd clicked on by mistake had given the wood shavings a bit of a ghostly cast!!!
