I saw on TV recently that they ARE edible - a lady was crystallizing them! Don't try it, Sam, just in case............

@quietpurplehaze Ah yes we have some very trendy restaurants that decorate food with them saying they are "edible flowers". I'd rather stick to my kiwi fruit skin!
