A 3-frame day by rhoing

A 3-frame day

But dinner was delicious!

Bacon, fresh corn, cherry tomatoes, home-made [basil] pesto and pan-seared scallops. It was a fair amount of work, being the first time we’ve made this recipe and the scallops were sinfully expensive, but it was for guests and it was delicious! I didn’t take the time to wipe my plate before photographing (who can wait?) and the lighting is uneven, but you get the gist of it!

The upper right corner is correctly bright-white, but the top- and bottom-left parts of the bowl are not bright white and I didn’t figure out how to fix that in ON1 Photo Raw. I guess we’ll have to make it again so I can get the lighting right!

@thewatersphotos Fresh corn. Fresh tomatoes. Fresh basil from the garden (garnish and in the pesto). It was a very summery meal!
