smoked salmon and goat cheese roulade

well, that's what i'd call it because i forgot exactly how it was captioned in Italian. this was my appetizer the other night when partner and i went out for dinner. smoked salmon is one of my comfort foods.

That looks tasty! My friend took me out to dinner (belated b-day present!) yesterday and I had something called Glazed Scottish Salmon. It was a melt in the mouth tasty as your dinner looks! Good shot.

That's one of the advantage of living in Norway, there is no shortage of salmon... fresh, cold smoked, warm smoked, cured..... I love salmon and this looks delicious!
