what do you know, i learned something again today.
over at @365toygroup we are exploring the cultural significance of the dragon in our society and history as we celebrate the appreciate a dragon day.
i have had in mind since sunday this phrase "dragon on my back" kind of like the idioms "monkey on my back" or "elephant in the room". so i looked it up and indeed there's such a phrase, only the meaning is 'having a drug addiction, most commonly referring to heroin addiction'. i'd have wanted this as my post for today, but finding out that meaning meant i can't use it, the toy group being a 'wholesome and family friendly' album.
