Well...I've had a bit of a weird week - not my usual type of photos due to the fact that I'm doing an alphabet challenge. Of the photos I have taken I suppose my F is my F-avourite!
I like this one for many reasons, the repetition of colour to infinity (or at least out of shot) and the symbol of nature vs. man. Also I love photos where the subject is completely removed from it's usual context.
This is Ladybug an 8yr old rescued Yorkie and my pet therapy team partner. I was trying to photograph a vase of roses, when she came and sat down next to me. Even unbrushed, there is great beauty in her thoughtful face.
Cant go past my 101 year old Nan this week, she has just flown to Brisbane for a months holiday today, as soon as she passes over her passport and they see her age she gets royalty treatment! she was served french champaigne and a 4 course meal from business class even!!
Don't really have a favorite this week (nothing I took really wowed me), but if I had to pick one it would be this one. It was totally unexpected walk by shot.
This is my cousin Keely and Papaw. Keely had a massive stroke when she was 23, one week after giving birth to her daughter. That was almost 10 years ago. She was in a coma and in ICU for 6 weeks. She is permen. paralyzed on her right side. No one knew if she would walk, talk, anything again. She has come such a long way. This is maybe her favorite person in the world. He was there for her every second of every day when she was so weak. I know the background isn't good but the love on their faces is amazing.
WOW!! There are so many stunning photos on his post! I'm behind and it looks like I've missed soooo much...must catch up!
I had a couple I really like from this week, but wanted to post this one just to thank everyone again for the amazing and overwhelming response it received. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, a sincere thank you to all who took the time to view, comment, and fav. I'm in awe of everyone's support.

But it's probably this one...
I know many people do not like to see shots of others children...but we had so much fun with this one! Red kool aid on everything!
