I took this picture of a cobbler in November 2014, on my 2nd visit in Uganda. He is sitting in the streets of Tororo making shoes. I paid him some shillings when I took the picture. I December 2019 I was back in Tororo and looked up the man, showed him the picture I took five years earlier. He was surprised and happy. He told me I should pay him some money. I gladly did. I was happy that I could find the man, and help him out with some little money.
