Day 3: Yellow - making marmalade pudding

The zest and juice of 2 lemons added to a usual sponge mix; approx half a jar of marmalade mixed with a tablespoon of brandy (or similar) spread in the bottom of a 9" greased and lined tin; baked at approx 160C for about 45 mins; turned out carefully onto serving plate, eaten with cream, ice-cream, custard, or orange sauce.
Excellent shot! And I thought I was the only one left using an old fashioned glass juicer! Yummy pudding, love marmalade-y things!

@tishpics Patricia, thanks. I try to have as few bits of machinery in the kitchen as possible as I find manual and simple methods the best!

@pyrrhula I call it a lemon squeezer but I also use it for limes and oranges.
