Porridge is not my favourite breakast but the colour of the packet of oats was a bonus this morning (NOT staged!). I put brown sugar and cinnamon on mine to make it palatable. I'm not really as ungrateful as I sound.
Yes, it's porridge time again now the mornings are colder! I have mine very plain, made with water and I stir in honey. It's yum! Should be salt really according to my Scottish origins.
@tishpics Lots of people do seem to like porridge and I know folk who eat it every day for breakfast - but it would always be my last choice! The strangest thing was when we stayed in a B&B in Glasgow and porridge was not available. Ray even looked on the back of the menu to see if it was listed there!
Ain`t my breakfast to. To be true , I never have breakfast. My first eating is at noon , 2 slices of bread. I`m a slow starter.
