seaside shelter by quietpurplehaze

seaside shelter

Along the prom at Bexhill-on-Sea I found this ornate shelter, Victorian I believe.

Bexhill is known as the birthplace of British motor racing. Viscount Cantelupe, 8th Earl de La Warr, organised the first motor race along the prom in May 1902, having seen it in Nice on the Promenade des Anglais.
This is just so lovely, perfect in b&w

just a little movement to the left and a twist of the camera and those flats and cars disappear and the image becomes timeless
