a splash of happy

i like sunflowers. they are, i think, the happiest flowers in the world. they look cheery and they look like they're ready to belt out a broadway song anytime.

i've seen them in all sizes. the tallest one was about eight or nine feet. partner made me take a picture of him with the boys about two or three years ago. the big boy learned about sunflowers in class and he wanted to see a real one. partner saw a house with giant sunflower plants so he brought the boys to see it.
