we drove 30 kilometres just to see the sun rise off lake huron. going back to the hotel to have our breakfast, we passed by this inlet that goes to the georgian bay in meaford, ontario, and watched mother nature's ostentatious display of colours. it was just beautiful, especially with the sunlight on the trees and reflecting on the clear, still waters.

@karenann - oh, my goodness! my friend's back! hello, KA. no, not on vacation. partner and i drove up north-west overnight to catch the fall colours. we left sunday morning and came back yesterday afternoon. so glad you're back!
@summerfield Well, girlfriend, it's been a hectic few weeks for me. Hubby had a series of mini-strokes and I went with him for the tests, etc. Things are back to normal again and it's good to be back on. But I'll be taking a day or two off now and then ... don't want the pressure right now. Have missed you and your photos very much. Thanks always for all your kind words.

@karenann - sorry to hear about hubby, but glad that everythings okay. totally understandable, family comes first, love is foremost. but glad to hear you're not totally abandoning 365 or photography. it's suppose to give you pleasure not pressure. i love that you're back. i really do. welcome back, my friend.
