my second flash of red february. i missed last year because i was on holidays.
i find that now i have more appreciation for black and white photography and i stop long enough to think a shot through if it would look better in black and white or not. i have to learn tonal contrasts more, 'though, to better understand the genre.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload my calendar view to a picture. I know you sent me the instructions how to do it too- and I can't find them either. Your calendar looks great!
@olivetreeann - hehehe! do a print screen (PrtSc) from your keyboard. mine is to the right of the F12 key. then open the paint program and do a Ctrl + V. the screen shot will show up and then you can save it as a .jpg file. trim as you would in ribbet or picmonkey. let me know how it goes.
@summerfield I ended up just taking a shot of the screen and will probably leave it that way BUT I've written the above instructions down in a safer place this time. Who knows, maybe I'll put together an April challenge where I can use it at the end of the month. For now though- it's back to free-form and random shots!
@lesip - yes, you can, if you set your mind to it. you have the advantage of great compositional skills so it should be easy for you. thank you, leslie.
@grammyn - the feeling is mutual! thank you, katy.
@salza - you did great yourself, sally. but yes, colour is so much welcome. thank you.
