Had planned on going to the cinema with mum, but she preferred going on Wednesday instead so I went for a cycle - through the marshes, onto Chatsworth Road, down to Homerton and looping home via the Lea towpath and marshes again. Beautifully spring like - bird song, blossoms still, martins on the river and swan families. Threatened light rain never really happened.
Another day of unaccountable anxiety.
3 good things
1. Picked up chilli jam and a big pot of low-salt bouillon in one of the hip Chatsworth delis.
2. Dave put up our new hare lampshade in the bedroom - sisters' birthday present
3. Final part of the Wild Isles on iPlayer - a call to action but hardly controversial, not sure why the BBC didn't want to air it.
